Paradise Palms Social Club hosts a “get to know your neighbors” cocktail party on the first Saturday of the month. Each month the party is at a different home. If you would like to host let us know what month you'd like to do it.

Original paint colors.
I received an e-mail yesterday from Karen. She asked me to share this with everyone in Paradise Palms.
If you are interested in learning about the original paint colors of your home, and have not already conducted any documentation on the subject, I would like to carry out a paint analysis – free of charge. This would entail using a hollow punch to take a small sample (approximately 1/8” in width, down to the plaster or wood substrate) from the wall, window frame, and any moldings. This sample is then examined under a microscope to view the stratigraphy of paint colors and then identify the original color (the layer which is closest to the substrate).
This service would be at no cost to you and I would provide a summary report of my findings. If you’d like more information, or if this is something of interest to you (or your friends/neighbors), please contact me. I will be in the Las Vegas area for the last weekend of July.
Thanks so much.
