Original Paradise Palms sales brochure. Model #7.
The 7b wasn't that popular when Paradise Palms was built. As a matter of fact I think only 4 exist, but it is now the most well know home in Paradise Palms due to the efforts my Mary Margaret and Cary.
Hi, I came across this blog just now. I love the 7c model. I don't know much about architecture but I can say that the roof kind of gives it a unique modern feel. Thanks for sharing.

Why was the wall enclosing the patio in the green & white 7B removed? I noticed it in a recent Google Maps photo....
