Paradise Palms Social Club.

Paradise Palms Social Club hosts a “get to know your neighbors” cocktail party on the first Saturday of the month. Each month the party is at a different home. 
We will send out an e-mail soon with the address. If we don't have your e-mail address yet, make sure to send it to us.
Clay and Denise are hosting in May. Teri and Chad will host June. Aja and Joel will host in August. Becky, as well as Danny & Kevin will host in October. Two homes, one big party. Steve and Tami are hosting in December.
If you would like to host let us know what month you'd like to do it.

 The tri-level. Model 5's are only on the south side of Desert Inn. The tri-level came with a carport under the house that most home owners have closed in to add additional room in their house. Only a few of the carports have survived.

The amenities list is great.

 I think most of the model 4's are on the south side of Desert Inn. There is a beautiful 4A on Chippewa Drive.

I've seen the bi-folding wood doors in action.They are a great feature.

 The majority, if not all of these homes are on the north side of Paradise Palms.

4 bedrooms in a 1250 sq foot house. They fit a lot of home into a small space.

You gotta love some of the features that come with the homes.

Built-in t.v. outlet, built-in spice rack, built-in electric can opener.

I've been told that every home in Paradise Palms came with at least one palm tree. "palm tree" is listed here as one the the features, so maybe that rumor is true.
