Looks like all the neighborhood watch signs we ordered are finally in place. I was told that this was the second largest order for signs they ever received. Nineteen signs total.

Model 6 are all on the south side of Desert Inn. 6a with the butterfly roof and 6c seem to be the most popular homes in the neighborhood. There are quite a few of them that are untouched and still in perfect shape.
"Built-in NuTone counter top blender-mixer." A very nice feature. I have seen several of them and they are neat.
I've seen one remaining "decorative block divider in an entry hall" and it is amazing. I'll ask if I can get back in to take a photo of it.

Paradise Palms Social Club.
Paradise Palms Social Club hosts a “get to know your neighbors” cocktail party on the first Saturday of the month. Each month the party is at a different home.
We will send out an e-mail soon with the address. If we don't have your e-mail address yet, make sure to send it to us.
Clay and Denise are hosting in May. Teri and Chad will host June. Aja and Joel will host in August. Becky, as well as Danny & Kevin will host in October. Two homes, one big party. Steve and Tami are hosting in December.

The tri-level. Model 5's are only on the south side of Desert Inn. The tri-level came with a carport under the house that most home owners have closed in to add additional room in their house. Only a few of the carports have survived.
The amenities list is great.
